1 YEAR IN OPERATION: EVERY 30TH PASSENGER OF DOMODEDOVO AIRPORT VISITED DMEStore MARKETPLACE
DMEStore, Russia's first airport services marketplace, celebrated one year of operation. During this time, every 30th passenger of the airport visited the platform and the range of services provided via the marketplace expanded by more than 2.5 times.
“DMEStore has emerged as a new travel-tech platform in the aviation sector, which has shown its effectiveness in just one year of operation," says Tatiana Rizvan, Director of External Communications at Domodedovo Commercial Services LLC. “The conversion rate on the site has exceeded 5%. The most popular services are ‘Fast Track’, ‘Meeting & Escort’, business lounge services, and VIP service.”
During the year, the project tightly collaborated with the Yandex digital ecosystem and the largest e-commerce platforms – Ozon and Fun&Sun.
Services of the first aviation marketplace DMEStore are seamlessly integrated into Yandex family apps. For example, ‘Yandex Go’ allows authorised users taking a trip to Domodedovo Airport to order an individual service at the airport without leaving the application.
